Let's Build Something That Works

Getting a quote shouldn't feel like pulling teeth. We're here to understand what you need and figure out if we're the right fit for your mobile app project.

Most projects start with a conversation. Sometimes that's a quick chat over coffee. Other times it's a detailed walk-through of your existing systems. Either way, we'll give you a straight answer about timelines and what's actually possible.

No sales pitch. Just honest feedback from people who've been designing mobile UX since 2019.

The team asked questions I hadn't even thought about. They caught potential problems before we'd written a single line of code. That alone saved us months of headaches down the road.

How We Figure Things Out

Every project is different, but our approach stays consistent. We dig into what you're trying to accomplish before throwing solutions at you.

1

Initial Conversation

Tell us what's not working or what you're trying to build. We'll ask probably too many questions. But that's how we understand if your users actually need what you think they need.

2

Scope & Reality Check

We'll map out what's feasible given your timeline and budget. Sometimes that means pushing back on features that sound cool but won't move the needle. We'd rather be honest than overpromise.

3

Detailed Proposal

You'll get a breakdown of phases, deliverables, and what happens if things change halfway through. Because they usually do. We include buffer time for the inevitable pivots and adjustments.

What Goes Into Our Quotes

We're not fans of vague estimates. When we quote a project, we've already thought through the tricky bits that usually derail mobile app projects.

Here's what we actually factor in when pricing your project:

  • User research and discovery work that prevents expensive redesigns later
  • Platform-specific design considerations for iOS and Android
  • Accessibility requirements that most teams skip but shouldn't
  • Testing cycles with real users, not just your team
  • Handoff documentation that developers can actually use
  • Post-launch support because launch day is never the end

Most projects in Hong Kong take between 8 to 16 weeks from kickoff to launch. Rush jobs rarely turn out well, so we plan accordingly.
